You can access the videos on three devices and if you purchase any other Puja videos like Vastu Shanti Puja then it is accessible within seven days from the date of purchase.

To conduct Puja, it is simplified into 4 simple steps; first download the Puja Samagri List from the puja section. Then, refer to the puja samagri list and arrange everything accordingly. Then, download the layout for your puja day and set up the puja accordingly with the samagri. Optionally, watch our puja preparation video if you have time to watch for better and in-depth understanding. Once ready, follow the puja layout and perform the rituals while referring to the short overlook video for guidance. And then simply play, perform and follow the puja with instruction by Punditji in the video. Download the Puja Layout from the Puja section above. You have to prepare the puja by matching the items in the Puja Samagri List and arranging them in a proper sequence given in the Puja Layout. You need to set up the Puja Layout according to the numbers given in the Puja Samagri List. Just match the numbering, and your Puja will be ready. Sankalp is a very important part of the puja. It's like making a promise to yourself before starting a special ceremony, like a puja and ask for blessings. It's a way to focus your mind and heart on the ceremony and its purpose. You can refer to the sankalp sheet above at the Puja purchase section and you can arrange information written in the sheet either from our Panchang in the website or any other Panchang website over internet. Please remember before getting the information provided in the sheet, you need to mention the date, city, and country where you'll be performing the puja. As soon as you provide this information, you'll get all the desired details which are required in the sheet. Apart from this you've to chant your gotra and if you don't know your gotra, you can chant Kashyap gotra and you have to chant your name as well. This information is very important, so keep this information ready during the Puja and when the sankalp part comes in the Puja follow the Punditji's instruction and act accordingly.

Mahurat plays a very important role. Doing anything during an auspicious mahurat yields positive results, so through digital puja, you can perform rituals according to your convenience without depending on a pandit. Singh lagan at midnight & vrishick lagan in evening time are the two very shubh mahurats that are considered good for the Diwali Puja. If you are not satisfied with the conduct of the Puja and services, you can claim your refund by writing to us at refund@devbhumidevasthanams.com. Please email us from your registered email ID and mention the reason why you are not satisfied. We will immediately initiate the refund procedure. You must claim the refund within 72 hours of your Puja expiry video. A nominal bank transaction fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
